What makes your mugs special?
We personalise the mug to your customer with a photo of them. This will make your mug stand out from the competition make it something your customer wants to own. We can do this in any way you want. We would love to listen to you explain what your company does and what products and services you have to offer. We can offer ideas and work together to come up with the best solution for you. What is involved?
We break down the whole process into 3 phases.
Phase 1: Planning
We will work with you to decide on what message you want to get across and how best to do this. We will need to know the expected number of visitors and time the event will run for. We also need to know details of the stand space and back room space available. We will then be able to work out the amount of mugs, storage and production space needed. We can then work out costs and tailor the service to your budget.
Phase 2: At the event
We will arrive with you to set up for the event and ensure everything is ready. We will test everything and produce some initial mugs and help draw people to you. Once at your stand we will use our specially developed software to manage the process of capturing your customer details and production of the mugs.
Phase 3: After the event
After the event we will clear through any backlog if necessary and post out any uncollected mugs. We will then collate together all the information we have for you. This information will include the photograph and other details. This will help you to prioritise your leads.
